Hysol® / Epoxi-Patch Kits
1C - General Purpose Kit (Off-White)
The Hysol 1C Epoxi-Patch Kit is a general purpose, room temperature curing adhesive/sealant that bonds a wide variety of surfaces. This 100% solids system is relatively insensitive to mixing ratio or substrate preparation. This kit has been successfully used for bonding, sealing and repairing metal, wood, and most plastics. It can be easily sanded, cut, tapped and machined.
11C - General Purpose Kit (Black)
The Hysol 1C Epoxi-Patch Kit is a general purpose, room temperature curing adhesive/sealant that bonds a wide variety of surfaces. 6C - Aluminum Filled Kit (Aluminum Grey)
The Hysol 6C Kit is widely used for bonding, sealing and repairing appliance condensers, evaporators, radiators and other aluminum substrates.
0151 - General Purpose Kit (Optically Clear)
The Hysol 0151 Kit is a clear, two-component 100% solids system having optical clarity when used in thin films. The resilience of the cured material makes this kit an excellent choice for bonding elastomeric to rigid substrates having a widely different expansion coefficients. The neutral color is an advantage where the bond line should not be noticeable.
608 - Quickset Kit (Reading Clear)
The Hysol 608 Kit is a 5-minute quickset, and an ideal, high strength structural adhesive - clean bond lines, fast set time and optical clarity are some of its outstanding features.
615 - General Purpose Quickset (Light Blue)
The Hysol 615 Kit is a general purpose, 10-minute quickset adhesive used for bonding/sealing a wide variety of substrates.
907 - High Performance Kit (Light Blue)
The Hysol 907 Kit is a proven high performance general purpose kit. It offers an excellent blend of high tensile shear strengths with minimum surface preparation on a wide variety of substrates. The Hysol 907 Kit is an aerospace adhesive that has been successfully been used for petroleum refinery applications and numerous other industrial repairs.
9340 - High Temperature Kit (Grey)
The Hysol 9340 Kit is a high temperature, (exceeds bond strength of Mil Spec. MMM-A-132) room temperature curing adhesive/sealant. This kit is excellent for bonding/sealing a wide variety of substrates.
